Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on the COACHD App, LLC / COACH’D or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Description of the Service
COACH’D is a digital platform designed to help coaches and athletes connect for training, communication, scheduling, and performance development. COACH’D does not employ coaches, certify their qualifications, or guarantee outcomes.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use COACH’D. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Account Registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
COACH’D reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Conduct
You agree not to use COACH’D for:
- Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior
- Fraudulent or misleading activity
- Uploading harmful or illegal content
- Attempting to access another user’s account
Violation may result in immediate removal from the platform.
Coach–Athlete Interactions
COACH’D provides tools for communication and scheduling but is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of coach qualifications
- The safety or effectiveness of training programs
- In-person interactions between users
Users are encouraged to verify credentials and use caution when meeting offline.
Payments & Fees
Payments between coaches and athletes may be processed through third-party providers.
By using payment features, you agree to the provider’s terms. COACH’D may charge service fees, which will be disclosed before purchase.
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy if applicable.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant COACH’D a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and use that content to operate the platform.
COACH’D owns all platform-related intellectual property, including branding, design, and software.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload:
- Illegal or copyrighted material without permission
- Explicit or violent content
- Health or training advice that violates local laws or professional standards
COACH’D may remove content at its discretion.
Safety Disclaimer
Training, exercise, and athletic activity involve inherent risks. COACH’D, it’s owners, and partners is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from:
- Training programs
- Coach advice
- In-person sessions
Consult a medical professional before beginning any training regimen.
Third-Party Services
COACH’D may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, messaging services). COACH’D is not responsible for their performance or policies.
Termination
COACH’D may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Safety concerns
- Inactivity
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
Limitation of Liability
COACH’D is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, COACH’D is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Service interruptions
- Damages arising from user interactions
- Errors or omissions in content
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COACH’D, its owners, and partners from claims arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your interactions with other users
- Your violation of these terms
