User Code Of Conduct

Purpose

The COACHD App, LLC / COACH’D User Code of Conduct exists to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment where coaches and athletes can connect, communicate, and train effectively. By using COACH’D, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct and all related policies.

Respectful Behavior

All users must treat each other with professionalism and respect. This includes:

No harassment, bullying, or discrimination
No hate speech or derogatory language
No unwanted or inappropriate messages
No sexual content or advances

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Honesty & Integrity

Users must:

Provide accurate personal information
Represent skills, experience, and qualifications truthfully
Avoid misleading claims or deceptive behavior
Communicate clearly and in good faith

Coaches must not misrepresent certifications or training expertise.

Safety & Appropriate Conduct

To maintain a safe environment:

Do not encourage unsafe training practices
Do not provide medical or therapeutic advice unless properly licensed
Use caution when arranging in-person sessions
Follow all local laws and facility rules

Users are responsible for their own safety during any training activity.

Content Standards

Users may not upload or share:

Illegal content
Explicit, violent, or graphic material
Copyrighted content without permission
Harmful misinformation
Malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising

COACH’D may remove content that violates these standards.

Communication Guidelines

All communication on COACH’D must remain:

Professional
Relevant to training or scheduling
Free of threats, insults, or manipulation

Spamming, mass messaging, or solicitation unrelated to coaching is prohibited.

Payments & Financial Conduct

Users must:

Pay agreed-upon sessions/fees on time
Avoid charge backs or fraudulent disputes
Use COACH’D approved payment channels

Coaches must clearly disclose pricing and refund expectations.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Users must respect the privacy of others:

Do not share screenshots or messages without consent
Do not disclose personal information of other users
Do not record/publish/post sessions without explicit permission

COACH’D may take action against privacy violations.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly forbidden:

Impersonating another person
Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
Using COACH’D for non-training-related commercial activity
Encouraging self-harm or dangerous behavior

Violations may result in permanent removal.

Reporting Misconduct

Users should report violations through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting support. COACH’D will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include:

Warnings
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination

COACH’D reserves the right to act at its discretion.

Consequences of Violations

Depending on severity, COACH’D may:

Remove content
Restrict features
Suspend or terminate accounts
Notify authorities if required by law

Repeated or severe violations result in permanent removal.

Updates to This Code

COACH’D may update this Code of Conduct at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
